pl help me about a company annual report to be filed. paid up now is 1 crore and as on 31.3.09 was 1 lacs. is complaince report in form 66 required to be attached.

no need to file compliance certificate vide form 66 for 31-03-2009 as ur capital does not exceed 10 lacs as on 31-03-2009. but u will have to file frm next yr onwards i.e. 31-03-2010

Though you are doing your annual filing now ,it pertains to 31st March 2009,at that time your capital was 1 lac .as per section 383A Company having paid up capital of Rs. 10 lacs or more will require to submit compliance certificate so, in your case no need to attach compliance certificate .
