Where to complain against non reflection of TDS amount

In fourth quarter of AY 18-19 my tds was 13120. The same was deducted, but it is not reflected in form 26AS. Where should I complain or enquire in this matter

ASK TO COUNTER PARTY WHETHER THEY FILED RETURN OR NOT

enquire.. whether in filled return correct tds detail was filled..

Ask the deductor to issue form 16

Mr.Rakesh ask the deductor to ch. the list 0f TDS alogwith PAN sent l T Dept. through Agency (authorised)is correct. If O.k .then approach to Agency if possible with the help of deducter. Also get 16 /16A as the case may .Ch. 26as after regular intervals.
