When will exam date be declared??

Extremely unlikely. Canceling an exam at the last minute is fine, but you can't announce a new date less than 24 hrs before the exam itself.

They have to coordinate centres for all of these Regions. And that they can start doing only after receiving confirmation that Monday/Tuesday?Wednesday will not be called bandhs, and there won't be trouble. I just hope whatever date it is, is announced today. But be prepared to wait a while.  It really sucks for people who may have to go back to work.

I contacted ICAI Noida Exam Department they said to me they will declare New Date today before 5 pm
