When mgt 14 is required to be filed

SO WHEN WE ACTUALLY NEED TO FILE MGT 14

THANKS IN ADVANCE

After completing allotment MGT-14 not required to be file with ROC because we have to take permission for allotment as SR from Shareholders and after every SR we need to file MGT-14 within 30 days to ROC. There after allotment no need to file MGT-14 again.
