our singapore customer want to suply material in india to his branch office but bill in the name of Singapore (head office) , fund will received from singapore
Wheather it is Export?

if the bill is in name of singapore office then on which document it will be delivered in india?
yes its export for him and import for indian part unless they are located in sez, and all applicable taxes and duties will be applicable. the basis of calculation will be bill of lading in absence of any invoice.
