An assessee's D.O.B is 01.01.1932 and accordingly he is attaining the age of 80 years on 01.01.2012, i.e. F.Y. 2011-12.
What will be the slab rate applicable on him. Whether he falls in the slab of Senior Citizen above the age of 80 years or not?

Slab rate will be of very very senior citizen 0 - 5,00,000/- nil bcoz the words used are " at any time during the fin year assessee attains d age of 80 yrs.....during d FY.
