i too cant understand d question i read in ca club. i dont understan it that's y i m asking u. actually ans for dat question gave by a member is person voting 7 votes in favour and 3 votes aganist. my question is one person possess only one vote. then how can he vote 7 in favour and 3 as aganist

Based on my understanding of ur question, i give the following anwer. 

Generally in companies vote is given as 1 share 1 vote and not on 1 person 1 vote. 

So only we can vote 7 in favour and 3 against a particular agenda.

if voting is by poll,then an equity shareholder has no. of votes equal to no. of shares held by him

if voting is by poll,then an equity shareholder has no. of votes equal to no. of shares held by him
