what meaning of as such sale as per Excise Act & Rules

Dear Manoj Jain, 

As per rule 3(4) (b) of Cenvat Credit Rules, 2004  We can clear/sale or Return to the supplier  any Input or Capital Goods as  "as such" sale, as such sale  by paying an amount  equal to Cenvat Credit taken, the Invoice is same as TAX INVOICE for domestic clearances.

The above said rule is to be mention in the invoice any where convenient to your format with BOLD LETTERS.
