Direct Tax Code now proposed is to be an entirely new document; not additions,alterations amendments to IT Act 1961.Will this remove many ambiguities and be really helpful?

Change itself is the ambiguity and complexity... :)
CAs are able to make money with tax, cos change is more difficult to comprehend than the law!
