I want to dispatching some tankers to A.P and Other States, and it's filling with some product (X,Y), these are exciseble goods.
what is the core requirements for excise purpose(Documents and Forms ) and other related forms ( Like Way bill, LR Copy,Forms ) and Let me know the Correct Dispatch process....................

1. tankers are sent with own manufactured goods? then invoice is needed with appropriate duty paid.
2. LR copy needed if the goods are sent beyond check post in city / state.
3. way-bill requirement as per the state vat rule of the receiving state.
4. copy of invoice needed along-with the consigment, alogn-with the transporter of copy excise invoice.
