As per I.T. Department notification, due date for filing ITR (AY 2021-22) is 15th March, 2022. But late fees u/s 234F is arising if taxable income is more than 250,000/-. I.T. helpdesk is also telling that only Audit report Submission due date is extended, no due date extension for non audit I.T. returns. Need clarification regarding this matter.
