You can file online return through site https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/portal/index.jsp..just register there and file your return online.After filing return you wil hav to send your SIGNED acknowledgement to Bangalore..All details are mentioned on website n address of bangalore is mentioned on acknowledgment i.e. ITR V.
