what is procedure if ADT-1 was not filed yet after incorporation

You can file form ADT1 within 15 days from the Annual General Meeting of the Company.
There is no requirement to file ADT 1 for appointment of first auditor for 1st financial year. For subsequent financial year u can file ADT 1 within 15 days if first AGM of the co.
