depends upon your aspirations basically ... but still search for a good job for sure asap. 
Depends on you .. either you can continue your practice or you can also do Phd as well.. :)

-Improve your spoken as well as written communication skills.
-Start reading the editorial sections of newspapers like The Hindu and start following top bloggers on TOI.
-Till now you might have followed the CA student Journal, start following the Wall Street Journal from now to keep yourself updated.
-Interact with professionals from different domains. It gives you a complete different perspective and will help you while working with a diverse team.
-Signup for courses on websites like Coursera, Edx. You may find a lot of finance related courses there.(If you are interested)
