FORM NO. 3CB :- This is the form for report in the case of a person who carries on a business or profession, but the accounts not have been audited under any law.
Form 3 CA and 3 CB both are Audit reports for Tax Audit purpose. Form 3CA is for company assessee and form 3 CB for Indi/HUF and others.
