I feel it should be at haryana because it is a hotel industry mostly will be set up as partnership or sole proprietary concern So the taxes could be paid centralised.

If i will charge cgst and sgst then what can they (IBIBO) claim ITC ? Also they are not asking me for invoices ....they are paying me without my invoice
if they don't ask then you prepare cash bill as cgst and sgst
