Hey Ashok I got your answer. First off,Let me tell you I went

...continued (New interface is prone to typos) I went through your posts months ago,I found them very informative so friend requested you as a bookmark. In this way,I sent requests to Hammad Rashid,Krunal Raichura and others.Luckily they accepted my requests.









Anyway,The reason most of all why CAs fare badly in placements every time is lack of commercial awareness. Apart from lack of soft skills,they lack in commercial acumen. Google it.For a basic idea,let me ask you what challenge is FR facing nowadays or which development taking place?You would say Adoption of IFRS(I assume).It's five years old answer. The challenge is extensive annual reports running into hundreds of pages. So Integrated Reporting is coming along with Sustainability reporting to consider Climate change in reports. It's just one aspect.Commercial awareness cannot be restricted in a definition.So you've to be in the loop about every development. Mr Dhiren Doshi is right Top MBA school will teach you soft skills making you a full fledged pro.Will write on article on this after CA exams.
