pls tell me, steel manufacture unit ke liye kya documents jaruri hote hai, unit diffrent size ke steel pipe banati hai, to kya har size ke liye RG-1 & RG 23A PART -1 alag bane ga?. aur scrap ka kya karna hota hai.
