What are the documents required for online dvat registration

I want to start ecommerce business which requires TIN for the startup. i live in Badarpur, in rented apartment. i want to know what are the documents required for the online DVAT registration form. Plus, if there any security deposit ?

i need some updated suggestions, as i have searched whole internet and some are saying that from 2013 there is no need to submit security deposits, plus there is no need to submit NOC from the landlord of the Flat.. these kind of news are making me confused. so i need the real answers from you guys. thank you very much.
