what's the difference between whole of share capital being held by the parent company and holding the entire capital in the name of holding?
The issue is regarding a case law in dec 2010 students journal pg 12, case law 4.

i think your view is correct because i got the clarity of case law by applying this meaning. if some one refer the case law and discuss it would be more clear thank you.
