Week in theory

I find difficulty in theory subjects like Law, ethics,comm. Can anyone suggest me how to manage these subject ... I read it and after a week it vanished... even I make notes and charts to learn effectively.. but fails .. same result... Anyone same problem.. how it can shootout.
