Ways to keep minutes of the meeting

Dear Experts

I am in a problem regarding the minutes of the Board meeting. I have made the minutes of the Board meeting and taken printout of the same on A4 paper on Soft Copy letter head. Now should i get them binded like text books at an interval of 6 months in chronological order. The minutes are not numbered as well.

And do the minutes of different type of meetings need to to be binded separately.

Urgent ! Please help.

@ kushal, hey frnd, as per companies act, minutes should not be in loose sheets. It should be binded at reasonable intervals.  

But you should give justification for your system of keeping records to the statutory auditor.

The Minutesof the  meetings of the different meetings should be kept separately.

It should be binded. There is binder Register available in the market for Minutes.

Minutes of the Meeting are required to be kept seprately. Minutes sheets are available in the market in legal size, green color. Get the printout on that and bind them in the  Minutes Binder Book.

 

Each minutes is required to be signed by the Chairman of the Meeting and confirmed by the Chairman of the Next Meeting.
