earlier - distributor rate is - factory rate + vat ..
now - factory rate + gst...
now the questions is some distributor under 20lakhs sale yearly.. if they are not under gst registration then how the factory bill to them

if turnover less than 20 lacs , not require to register, and no formalities will be applied for unregister dealer, unregister dealer can not charge the tax.
Thank you sir . But how the factory will bill to those unregistered dealers?
As an example ..Ex factory price ₹7 and MRP ₹15 .. then which price will be consider for billing those unregistered dealers ?
