There are few stages of entering in BIG 4s

First and for most forward ur RESUME to the HR of respective Big 4.

Then they will call u for the interview.

In interview first u have to give a written exam in which if u scored well then have an interection with HR team and finally interview by an Partner.

If u clear all this stages then you r innnnnnnn........
