Want to know any relaxation for working people

Hi , i am am working as Sr.manager Finance & accounts as of now & have 15 yrs experience as manager.

I would like to join CA - thru the Direct entry mode & want to know the following:

1.Is it compulsory to under go orientation & I.T courses before the exams, if so what is the procedure & details for the same.

2.Is it compulsory to undergo articleship training for person like me also, because leaving the current job will be problamatic in terms financial situation & status also. Is there is any relaxation for this.

kindly give me a detailed info for the same.
