Want to go for Private Job in MNC. What to do with my COP?

Hi team,

I am planning to quit my CA practice and go for private jobs. What will happen to my COP in that case ? Can i keep and still go for private jobs ? 
If yes i can go for jobs what is the procedure so that i can go for job but still have the COP?

need urgent help

You will have to surrender COP
