I am a exporter and i hade exported goods to dubai Under LUT in gst from 01/07/2017 to 25/09/2017. after oct i hade expoter under IGST paid.
Unfortunately i dont have any LUT under GST.. I have LUT from the D.t. 30/09/2016 rcvd from the excise department and validity of the LUT is 1 year from the date of starting. So it is valid in gst from July to Sep 2017. ?
