I have a query in relation to VRS as I have received VRS amounting to Rs.40 lakh . I want to know if I am eligible to claim exemption u/s 10(10C) of Rs 5 lakh and over.
and above Rs 5 lakh can I claim relief u/s 89(1). is both exemption and relief available together for F/Y 2018-19 . Kindly solve the issue at the earliest.
