whether voting right conferred to partly paid shares?,pl explain differential voting right and dividend in relation to equity sharecapital

1st of all voting right only exercised by member who attend the meeting.
Any decision in meeting decided by Majority of vote.
now ans. to your question is that , voting rights on a poll shall be proportionate to the paid-up equity share capital of the company as per As per clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 47 of the Companies Act, 2013.
