Voluntary winding of the company by members

Voluntary Winding up is one of the area of my practice. It takes about one year to complete the whole process.

Thank you sunil kumar Jain, but  I was told by some of co proffesionals that it can be done form four to six month, can be possible.

4 to 6 months time period even theoritically it is not possible.Please request your professional friend to write down all activities on a piece of paper and see the result.
