An assessee being Private Limited Co. has violated the provisions of Section 220(1) of the co's act, 1956. The co. has filed the balancesheet & Pl A/c for the financial year 2012-13 within time limit as prescribed i.e 30 days. But the balancesheet & Pl A/c for the financial year 2012-13 were filed without attaching schedules , it was unintentional mistake. Now the ROC has issued a show cause notice.

I wonder how Form 23AC & ACA was certified by the professional

Informally consult the ROC whether it is possible to re-file form 23AC & ACA.

If it is not possible, apply for compounding of offence under section 621A of the Act.
