verification of ITR
If any assesse forget to verify it's return filed properly, then what will be the consequences of it? and Is there any remedy available for it? Please guide...

When return not e-verified or ITR V not sent to CPC during 120 days or within extended time allowed ..... even not availed condonation chance available, online......
than the ITR gets 'Invalidated'
As if return not filed....
Thank you sir for your reply.... Actually I tried to avail condonation option but it shows that there is technical error try after some time...
May verify with helpline for its applicability in your case.
