One of my client is in the business of CBO (Carbon Black Oil), MTO (Mineral Turpentine Oil), Bottom Oil. He is charging guajrat vat 4+1=5%.
I would like to confirm the rate which he is charging. can you confirm the same & also guide for any circular / notification / vat rate charts available for those items.

Pls.refer Gujarat VAT Schedule list given in official website. You can get it Product wise/VAT Rate wise. I think your product may classify under Lubricants.
