I have a small query.My client is going to start a new business which involves sale of goods.He wants to register the company in Andhra pradesh but wants to carry out business through a branch from bengaluru.whether he has to register for vat only in bengaluru or both in ap and karnataka.?
if he sells goods from bangalore , then registration is required in bangalore. invoice may raise from AP.
if he sells goods from both the places, then registration is required in both places.
Ex. we have office is hyderabad. we have branch in bangalore. we sell goods from bangalore. in this case vat registration is required in bangalore.
