hello cci members.. need help.. actually yesterday i made a payment of sales vat thrugh my net banking of one of my client of Rs. 64,455/-. The payment is debited from my account but the challan is not available after making any payment and not even the payment is reversed. what should i have to do..? i made a call to customer care but they didn't help me to get out of this. It is a huge amount. should i wait or i have to go to the nearest branch of my retail banking..?

In a simalar situation .. for me amount was reversed after 5 working days
login on vat website and check for payment status. if details are not present there then either wait for few days for amt. to be reversed or contact bank/vat officials.
