please also tell me the procedure to pay the tax.

Dear Friend,
Vat on all Electonic devices is 4% as per schedule-C
Whwn you seel these devices to your customer then you will be charge vat amount.
Example.
Basic price 100 (sales value without tax)
Vat @ 4% 4
Total bill value 104 (sale value including tax)
