i am from chandigarh, we are opening online vegetable and fruit grocery store.there will be only vegetable and fruit on our website.
now question ?
is fruit and vegetable are exempted from vat tax?
if yes.? please mention in which mohali( punjab), chandigarh, panchkula( haryana).
if no, ..? please mention in which mohali( punjab), chandigarh, panchkula( haryana).
As Chandigarh being tricity . we will be delivering our vegetable and fruit to mohali, panchkula and chandigarh. Please advise should we go for vat number or not.
We will be giving free home delivery. with no minimum order.
and
where should we open our office as per vat tax benefits (in mohali, chandigarh or panchkula ). we will be buying products from 26 wholesale markets.
