VAT applicability

hi all

my query is :

a construction co is selling well furnished houses i.e.with furniture,fittings,AC,TV Fridge etc.Price for house is all inclusive.

 I want to know that whether these house hold articles will be taxed @ single rate applicable on house or individual rate  applicable on each and every house hold articles.

Please refere the VAT Act and rules of the relevant state for the treatment and taxability .

1) what registration applicability of vat.

2) what the period of vat return filled.
