Haryana first accepted the VAT reform against sales tax

Dear ,i have a quiry ,'' i raised same invoice twice bt after filling the sale tax return i knew i raised the invoice ( same party same item ) twice time by mistake ,dt is rectification of error or not ,can i rectify the invoice after  filling the return,(  DVAT  )

AlSO a CA suggest me creat a head sale return expense (indirect exp ) bt i thing dt is not write way.
