in vat registration if the vat tax payers purchase goods from an unregistered dealer and sale it to a registered dealer. is there any consequence in it? if yes then kindly tell me?

yes he will not be able to claim input tax credit since he had purchased from an unregistered dealer and he could not have issued vat invoice.
