Can someone help me understand the procedure to be followed to apply for VAT and the fee in Karnataka?

The procedure is first you need to visit https://164.100.80.121/cto/Registration.aspx , you can follow the instructions there you would be asked for payment details fillup and take print of your ack. Submit the same to VAT office, inspector will come and visit your place of business and they will send Registration No. & Certificate through Email.
