Please tell me,
We are a Pvt Ltd Company, and our registration of VAT got expired in 31.03.2010. We do not have any taxable sale since then, but we have some liability to pay to the govt. We have no intensions of newewing the certificate b'cause we do not deal in any sale at the moment.
Now my query is : Are we suppose to file NIL Returns from 2010-11 or what we what we have to do?

I think you have to renew your registration and pay off whole of your dues towards govt.
After that file the NIL returns from 2010-11 until your registration got expired or you will apply to surrender your registration on the basis of discontinuation of busines or taxable goods.
