Can any one tell me......
If a person is registered under sales tax but his annual turnover is less than Rs.650000/- is he required to pay any tax or need to file return.
If yes and the said person is not filed any return or pay tax than what are consequences of it............
once registered every dealer needs to file the return whatever be the turnover
Every Registred dealer needs to file the return whatever be the turnover .Otherwise there is penal Provison.
You must file nil return . VATis state level provision. so penal provisions r different in different states. refer your state vat
