I have purchase my flat on 2000 at 27 lac and now I would like to sell this property. So I would like to know the valuation of my flat. It is fall under kandivali Mumbai.

Valuation price start with 12460 or say 12500 to 19000 per sqft as per the real-estate pricing list

You can chech out the government portal too for pricing
