Whether Gst will have to pay by a small building developer/contractor wherein no purchase bill with gst is available but sales of two flats have been made ??? Please reply with proper reason.

yes he is liable for pay gst
but it is immovable property and hope the sales is after receipt of occupation certificate,,
therefore no Gst applicable
