Urgent query - may 14 exams - ca final

Hi Guys,

We are all aware that Companies Bill has been succesfully been passed in the Parliament recently. I wanted to know are there chances that it would replace the existing Companies Act and other Allied Laws syllabus for CA Final?

Yes, the chances are 100% Because............. In March Bill pass in Rajya Sabha......... Within 2-3 Months Effective date of the Bill is set..... and In CA-Exam. 6Month old all related changes, Accouncements, Notifications are come in Exam..........

there is less chances in applicability of companies bill in  nov. 13 examinations but from may 14, it seems to be a part of syllabus.
