We are all aware that Companies Bill has been succesfully been passed in the Parliament recently. I wanted to know are there chances that it would replace the existing Companies Act and other Allied Laws syllabus for CA Final?

100% Chance of Applicability of Latest Company bill for may -14 exams
Hi... new companies bill would be applicable for nov 2013 exams?

there is less chances in applicability of companies bill in nov. 13 examinations but from may 14, it seems to be a part of syllabus. |
