Hi, Okay as you stated your Articleship is Complted and you are only Grp I away from CA-Finals. 
You can Register on the same day/other day of the Result(Positive Result) and can Fill up the Exam Form For November 2014 Ca- Finals. 
For more info.you canvisit any Regional ICAIcentre or just read the FAQ points of eligibility of Registrationof CA final and Eligibe togive exams. 

So accordingly if you are clearing in may 2014 your grp I, You are eligible for november 2014 Finals.

PS: as this tym exams are postponed, be ready for the results to be delalyed more.
