If the employer has different offices in different states of India. They have to take professional tax registration in those particular states.
Further, the employer has to take registration in the state where he has it's an office and has to deduct PT as per the rules of that state.

Yes, every state has a different slab for Professional tax deduction.. employer should registered in that state also and follow as per the state rules.....
