(A) A private limited company has given corporate guarantee to bank for the the loan taken by (B) another private company. Now the bank bank want to register this corporate guarantee at mca. Can u plz tell me which form we have to file Form 23AB or Form 8?

The form would be form 8 Creating of charge.

Form 8 is to be filed to register the charge on the corporate guarantee given by the Company.
