Pls help regarding articleship extension
I have around 70 days extension and my training completes on 20 feb 2015 without extension. I want to serve the 70 days extension under some other member and not my current principal but he is saying that i have to first serve my extension , ie after my exams in may , and then he will sign 108 for completion form back date along with condonation fee and for extension he will b signing form 103.
Icai is not helping me at all and says that this has to be done mutually.
Pls guide me if i can get my 108 signed later on ie in may and then the form 103 which he signs, if i dnt submit to icai then can he do anything ?
Can i just submit form 108 and then fill a new form 103 with a new principal and submit that later on.
Pls help and guide if you have any other alternative.
Ps my principal is nt at all cooperative and the office has made my life hell. Thanks in anticipation.

1. U cant serve this extension period under another principal. Now, r u writing exam in may15?? Tel this first then I will tell.
I think u r writing..fine. Then listen, now file extension form with proper details in that form and send it to the icai. From Feb 21st take leave n study. In a month u will get reply from icai saying u have to serve this much of days further n al. After May15 exam, come back n serve that much of days. By the end of this, file 108. Simple. Listen, after exam, u have to wait for results na...almost two months. In this period go n finish off those 70 days. U cant at all serve this period under any other principal other than ur present one.
U can do one thing that u can file form 108 if ur principal gud to u by saying to him...after exam I will come & serve those periods n all. But, according to ur words, ur principal not gud with u..thats y he is saying file form 103 for extension. From this u cant escape those 70 days na. Well, no other options. File extension form now, go for exam, come back & serve. By that time result date will come.
